Meditation is the process of training the mind.

The attention economy we live in has starved our brains of the ability to focus and hence we often feel overrun and consumed by our thoughts or internal narrative.

Through meditation, you can gradually reclaim this superpower of attention and the results can be dramatic! From being less self-critical, less anxious or less districted, to having better sleep and being more present in your relationships ... and that's just the beginning!

Breathwork is simply the act of choosing to modulate the breath to achieve a desired outcome. Be that to reduce stress and bring about calm or even uplift and bring ourselves energy.

As we're exposed to stressors in our lives or even our minds, our body's nervous system reacts accordingly; we get flooded with stress hormones and feel the associated effects; shallow breathing, chest tightness, racing heart-rate...

The good news is, by learning to intentionally use the breath to our advantage, we can reverse and release stress from the system. Bringing us back to calm and back to balance.
